So today I had my follow up appointment for my sclerals. While the vision is actually quite good unfortunately they are a tad too tight. Unfortunately this means that I cannot be wearing my sclerals until the free replacement set arrives.

While disappointing this is actually a better than expected outcome. Fitting for sclerals is a complicated process and getting it right the first time is rarely a thing that happens. Some people have had to have the fitting adjusted 4 times before it gets right.

Hopefully this means that the second refit will do the trick as the fit is only a little too tight.
